I loved this post from What I Wore. I don’t want to take the picture from her blog so you guys should click over real quick — but come back! — to see how good she looks. The texture, the black, the navy and the neon all look smashing. It was her, and that combination, that got me hooked on the idea. So, it’s time for how I’d wear this navy dress, if I had it, and if I combined it with something bright:
Dressed up and down, I think it adds a little bit of unexpected fun to a basic, and sometimes stoic, color. Also, I love neon.
